Yum’s of PDX

West Coast Pizzeria

Transforming a former slice shop into a refined yet approachable destination, our team crafted a space that feels nostalgic and fresh. As our client’s first brick-and-mortar restaurant, our design reflects the quality of her pizza while fusing her Brooklyn personality with the organic beauty of the Pacific Northwest. A palette of muted pinks, warm neutrals, and natural textures draws from the region’s earthy tones, creating a welcoming and grounded atmosphere.

Our design nods to the charm of classic, old-school pizzerias — taking those traditional elements and reinterpreting them in a way that feels fresh, refined, and uniquely Miriam.

We are doing things that are nostalgic, things that hug your heart. We want this space to feel like home.
